What is Functional Fitness? It’s a training method that uses exercises/training method that not only help you build strength, lose weight, and improve fitness levels but also improve your bodies functional fitness for a day to day bases like preventing knee or back pain, promoting good body mobility and reduce chances of injuries.


Why RFT?

With Over 6 years experience as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor + 10 Years of my own personal fitness journey I have a greatly accumulation of knowledge and experience not only just in training and exercises but also building strong healthy habits, eating methods and a desire to pass this knowledge onto you.
