I have first got my qualifications and started as a Personal Trainer in 2014
Do you customise training?
Yes all sessions are customised for each individual person and their goals
What is Hybrid/Functional Training?
Hybrid/Functional Training is a combination of strength/weight training, body weight training, hiit and functional exercises
How often do you train?
I train once to twice a day for five days a week focusing on hybrid/functional training in the morning and mobility/yoga in the afternoon/evening
Do you have a strict diet?
No, although I encourage and follow healthy eating habits I am a flexy eater (Someone that does not follow a strict diet but eats towards their own personal goals)

How do you find time to balance work, social life, training and gaming?
Prioritising your goals and the time you have in the day is key, gaming is a part of my downtime to unwind which is almost as important as keeping active and healthy
How long have you been a gamer for?
Haha since I was a kid and had lucky enough to have a Sega Mega DriveWhat are your most played games?
I play a variety of games but some of the most common ones are DBD, Overwatch, Minecraft, Apex and many more with the community
What PC Parts/Stream Gear do you use for your Twitch streams?
I use a variety of equipment depending on the fitness and game streams that can be found here
How have you been handling with risk of infection from covid?
Even though restrictions have eased here in Sydeny Australia we still take health and safety very seriously. Clients and trainers must use hand sanitizer before session, equipment is cleaned after use in a session, social distancing is followed during the session and it can be requested for the trainer to wear a facemask as an added precaution
